Lane Meeting

Once a month, we get together with the owners and upper management. They give us a rundown on how things are going. Where we are headed and a general overview of the dealership. Stacy took notes and here they are:
First off Dick wanted to congratulate everyone on a super month last month, and what a nice clean facility we have here at Hyundai!!!! Said to keep up doing such a great job. Consumer reports rated Hyundai at the TOP of the list for for numerous reasons. Hyundai products are rated number one for best quality, best prices, best warranty, most fuel efficient, and best customer satisfaction.

Jeremy spoke to us about our goal for next month is to get out 80 cars total, last month we got out 19 new and 41 used a total of 60 cars! At the beginning of March we averaged out 1.5 cars a day after the Mailer hit we averaged out 3.7. He also said that are CSI scores are good and CSI continues growth for the dealership. He has been listening to callbright said we are doing a wonderful job speaking with the customers and we sound very professional. Go BDC we learned from the best the one and only Tom Thornton!
